1 injured in bus crash in South Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - A bus crash closed all northbound I-35 lanes in South Austin on Friday afternoon.

On March 1, around 2:20 p.m., Austin police said all NB lanes of the 8400 block of I-35 were closed due to a crash involving a private passenger bus.

The passengers that were traveling on the bus were then transported by a CapMetro bus after the crash.

Police said one person was taken to a local hospital.

No other details were released.
