AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett has been cleared of all charges in the latest twist after he said he was attacked by two men in January who used racist and homophobic slurs. Chicago police originally accused him of staging a hate crime and filing a false police report.
