Logos Poetry Collective

AUSTIN, Texas - This Thursday is Austinites' chance to take part in a very special event with some big names in the poetry world.

The Logos Poetry Collective is hosting a free event, An Evening of Poetry and Communal Conversation, at the Lazarus Brewing Company on E. Sixth Street.

The event features U.S. Young People's Poet Laureate Naomi Shihab Nye and Texas Poet Laureate Carrie Fountain.

The event is free and open to the public, but donations are encouraged.
