10 people transported following collision of five cars and firetruck

Multiple crews responded to Comanche Trail and N. FM 620 after a collision involving five cars and a firetruck from Lake Travis Fire on Wednesday afternoon.

Austin-Travis County EMS said 12 people were involved in the accident and 10 of them were transported to area hospitals. ATCEMS said earlier two of the patients had possibly life-threatening injuries. 

The Austin Fire Department said to expect major delays as the area is blocked in all directions.
