Downtown Austin Alliance holds homeless ordinance forum
AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The Downtown Austin Alliance is sponsoring a public forum.
The forum is being held at the Central Presbyterian Church on 200 East 8th Street.
The audience can submit written questions about the new laws and the issue of homelessness in general. Since changing sitting, lying and camping ordinances in the city, there has been a lot of confusion about what exactly is legal.
The Downtown Austin Alliance hopes to clear up some questions during the forum.
