FOX 7 Discussion: Austin City Council will vote on proposed 'paid sick time' ordinance

AUSTIN, Texas - This week, the "Austin City Council" plans to vote on an ordinance that would require private businesses to provide paid sick time to their employees.

But, some small business owners say they don't have the money to do that.
