AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Property costs are increasing throughout Austin and forcing some nonprofits to find different ways to help families.

Habitat for Humanity is known to help build new homes for struggling families in the area.

Those homes normally comes in the form of a single-family house, but Austin Habitat for Humanity is working towards building denser housing units.
