Search for 8-month-old taken from father's car

Police are searching for a missing eight-month-old in Texas. 

According to the San Antonio Police Department, eight-month-old King Jay Davila was taken while he was inside his father's white Dodge Dart in the 300 block of Enrique Barrera, near SW 34th Street. 

 

 

The father, Christopher Davila, drove to a convenience store in the 300 block of Enrique Barrera Parkway, left the car running and the driver's door open and went inside the store to make a purchase. A woman who was walking down the street got into the car and took off, according to KSAT.

The car was found nearby by Rodriguez Park, according to police.

The suspect who was last seen with eight-month-old King Jay Davila is believed to be a white or Hispanic woman in her twenties or thirties. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and brown pants.

 

 

King Jay Davila was last seen wearing a blue onesie. Call 911 immediately if you find him.

Christopher Davila will be charged with child endangerment, according to police.
