Austin nonprofit seeks to help musicians in need

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - We all know how important our musicians are to the culture here in Austin and a local non-profit is working to make sure injury doesn't keep them from working.

Surgeon Dr. Alton Barron has founded the Musicians Treatment Foundation to help under- and uninsured professional musicians with surgical and medical care for shoulder, elbow and hand injuries.
