The following is a recipe for buffalo chicken dip:
Ingredients
- 1/2 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
- 5oz Crystal's hot sauce
- 1/3 cup celery diced thin
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3oz Primal Kitchen ranch
- 5oz Kite Hill ricotta
- 2oz finely sliced green onion
- 2 garlic cloves finely minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees
- Dice celery thinly and mix with lemon and set aside
- In a medium bowl mix shredded chicken, minced garlic, hot sauce, ranch, ricotta, salt, and pepper until well incorporated
- Pour mixture into a cast iron skillet and bake for 17 to 20 minutes
- Let cool for five minutes - top will celery, green onion, and a drizzle of ranch
- Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, oe warm Siete tortilla quarters
