Food Truck Friday: LeverCraft

AUSTIN, Texas - Eric Mann talks to Good Day Austin anchor Dave Froehlich about his shop and makes one of their specialties.

The shop is located at 3307 Oak Springs Drive and is open Wednesdays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's located within a renovated 1955 Spartan Imperial Mansion travel trailer that Eric says they found in Oklahoma and had been sitting around for about 30 years.

Besides roasting coffee, Eric has also been restoring vintage and commercial machines for several years. Many of the machines he's restored can be seen in the shop.
