Good Day Cooks: Shredded Chicken Tostadas

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts
1 lb chicken thighs
1 jar Mi Tierra Tomatillo Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Latin n' Lime seasoning
1 bag Mi Tiends Refried Pinto Beans, heated
1 container Bakery Fresh Tostada Shells, warmed
Cilantro, chopped
Mexican Crema
H-E-B Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese with Jalapenos
Lime wedges

Method

Season chicken with Adams rub.
Place chicken in a slow cooker with Mi Tierra Tomatillo Sauce.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 6-8+ hours.
Once chicken is done, remove from slow cooker and place in a large bowl with a few spoonfulls of the cooking liquid.
Shred chicken.
To build the tostadas, layer beans, chicken, and cheese.
Drizzle with Mexican crema and garnish with cilantro.
