2 teens transported with potentially life-threatening injuries after stabbing in North Austin
AUSTIN, Texas - Two teens have been transported with potentially life-threatening injuries after a stabbing in North Austin.
ATCEMS says EMS, fire, and police units were on scene of a reported stabbing in the 1700 block of Payton Gin Road around 4:23 p.m.
Initial reports say there were at least two patients, described as "students" with stab wounds on a CapMetro bus.
EMS treated three patients and transported two "early teens" with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries to a local trauma center. EMS says drivers should expect heavy traffic delays.
APD says they have subjects detained in the case and there is no threat to the public.
