APD looking for person of interest in aggravated robbery of East Austin store

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a person of interest they say was involved in an aggravated robbery in East Austin in late November.

The APD Robbery Unit is looking for a man who appears to go into the MLK Food Store at 2915 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd just before the robbery at 11:17 p.m. on Nov. 25. He was seen later getting into the suspect vehicle.

The man is described as a black male, between 20-30 and between 5'6" to 5'9" tall. He possibly has a black mustache and a thin build.

He was last seen wearing white athletic shoes, black shorts, a white T-shirt with "Texas Baseball" in burnt orange and a white baseball cap worn backward.
