AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department is searching for the shooter involved in a deadly shooting in North Austin.
Police said on July 10, around 3:35 p.m., officers responded to a hot shot call near Clearfield Dr. and Beech Dr.
When officers arrived, they found a man with trauma to his body. He died from his injuries.

They are still searching for the shooter. He was described as a Black male, with short black hair, muscular, black pants and shirt.
He was last seen in the 1200 block of Larkspur Rd.
This is believed to be an isolated incident, police said.
