2 suspects arrested in connection to robbing multiple women near Hyde Park neighborhood: APD
AUSTIN, Texas - Two people were arrested in connection to a series of aggravated robberies in December, police said.
Austin police said 47-year-old Andre Center and a teen suspect were both arrested and charged with credit card abuse. More charges may be pending.

Center was booked into the Travis County Jail, and the juvenile suspect was booked into the Travis-County Gardner Betts Juvenile Center.

Austin police said between December 22-24, robberies happened near the Hyde Park neighborhood in the 600 block of Maiden Lane.
The first incident happened at around 9:48 p.m. on December 22 and a second robbery happened on December 24 at around 9:15 p.m.
Police say the suspect robbed multiple women at gunpoint. He fled on foot and was chased through the neighborhood near Maiden Lane and West 35th Street.
