DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - ATCEMS and STAR Flight rescued a man who fell off a cliff at Milton Reimers Ranch Park in Dripping Springs Sunday afternoon.
ATCEMS reported that multiple rescue assets, including STAR Flight, were called to a land rescue in the 23600 block of Hamilton Pool Road at 1:43 p.m. with initial reports of a patient who fell "30 feet off a cliff."
Rescuers reached the patient, a man in his 30s, around 2:30 p.m. and confirmed that he had falled around 20 feet from the cliff. He was declared a trauma alert and transported by STAR Flight to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
