Austin Animal Center looking for owner of tortoise found in South Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - Are you missing a tortoise?

The Austin Animal Center is looking for the owner of a big tortoise they say someone found in south Austin and brought to their shelter Monday. AAC posted a video of the tortoise wandering around the shelter on their Facebook page.

AAC is asking the owner or anyone who knows the owner to contact the shelter. The shelter is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day at their location on Levander Loop. Visit their website for more information about the shelter.
