Bastrop County SO asking public's help in identifying man who robbed Elgin convenience store at gunpoint
ELGIN, Texas - The Bastrop County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say robbed an Elgin convenience store on Sunday morning.
BCSO reported the robbery on Facebook, saying the man was recorded on video surveillance robbing the Elgin Travel Center at gunpoint on E. US 290 around 6 a.m. Dec. 8.
The suspect is described as a young black man with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket with a hoodie, torn blue jeans, and white shoes.
