President & CEO of Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce weighs in on current climate

From celebrities to athletes and everyday citizens, many have expressed their voices over George Floyd's death in police custody. Recently Tam Hawkins added her voice and she shares her thoughts about what's going on now and her hopes for the next generation.

Many people continue to protest for equality and against racial injustice and another way to show support is by supporting local black-owned businesses.

The Greater Austin Black Chamber has a list of businesses you can support and a few of them have appeared on Good Day Austin.
