Body recovered from Mount Bonnell
The Austin Fire Department and STAR Flight worked together to recover a body from Mount Bonnell Tuesday, August 22.
AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police are investigating after a body was found on Mount Bonnell Tuesday, August 22.
Special operations crews found the body in a remote area of the popular tourist attraction.
Crews had to go into heavy brush to remove the body.
While crews are still looking into how the person died, as of August 22, they do not believe the death was foul play.
