Moviegoers evacuated after roof fire at South Austin movie theater: AFD

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Fire Department responded to a roof fire at the Cinemark movie theater in Southpark Meadows on Saturday.

Solar panels on the roof of the South Austin theater had caught fire, filling smoke throughout theaters and forcing evacuation.

AFD reported via Twitter that the fire is now under control.
