Deadly crash on I-35 NB near Wells Branch Parkway
Significant delays in the northbound direction as emergency officials are working a crash that's closed I-35 at FM 1825. Traffic is detouring to the frontage road at exit 247.
AUSTIN, Texas - A deadly crash involving a semi-truck and a car shut down traffic for several hours on I-35 northbound near Wells Branch Parkway.
The crash happened at around 5 a.m. and closed I-35 at FM 1825. Traffic was detoured to the frontage road at exit 247.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area.
TxDOT tweeted out that NB I-35 was reopened at around 10 a.m. and delays should still be expected.
