Early morning fire in Williamson County
An early morning fire in Leander had crews busy. It happened around 2 a.m. along County Road 279 near Oak Creek Road.
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office posted a picture of a structure engulfed in flames and thankfully no one was hurt.
Investigators believe the cause of the fire was an electrical malfunction.
The owner of the structure has lived there for more than two decades. She says the barn that burned belonged to her father and was full of antiques.
Julia Ogden says she believes about a $100,000 worth of antiques and toys were lost.
Liberty Hill firefighters remained on scene for some time to keep an eye out for hot spots.
The fire marshal was expected to be out there as well and officially assess the damage.
