A large trash fire in Northeast Austin is finally out.

A large trash fire in Northeast Austin is finally out.

On Wednesday, August 7, around 2:19 p.m., crews from Travis County ESD No. 2 and 12 received a call about a large trash fire in the 10000 block of Decker Lane at a recycling facility. 

Dark smoke could be seen from miles away. 

It took firefighters several hours to get the flames under control.

No one was hurt, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
