FOX 7 Discussion: Addressing Austin's homeless crisis

AUSTIN, Texas - Council members shouted at each other during a work session at City Hall Tuesday and Mayor Steve Adler stepped in to try and keep the peace.

The fight was over addressing the city's homeless crisis and clarifying ordinances loosened in June.
