FOX 7 Discussion: CapMetro CEO on proposed transit projects
AUSTIN, Texas - Capital Metro and Austin leaders are closer to a plan to transform the city's public transit system and relieve traffic congestion.
The new proposal includes more bus and rail routes connecting the city from north to south and out east to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

There are several hurdles to still get over, though, including the possibility of a tunnel system downtown.
