FOX 7 Discussion: Funding public education

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The 100 Black Men of America believe in funding public education and raising pay for some teachers.  Dressed in black and gold, numerous Texas chapters of the 100 Black Men organization gathered at the capitol Thursday morning. The hot topic, House Bill 3. “When you look at the African-American community, a lot of the majority of the kids that are African-American are in public schools."
