FOX 7 Discussion: Homeless camping changes

AUSTIN, Texas - The city of Austin's clarified restrictions on homeless camping, sitting and lying go into effect Monday.

City Council approved the changes at their last meeting, rolling back some of the changes they made this summer that led to a public outcry.
