AUSTIN, Texas - The question of whether all Texans should be allowed to vote by mail because they're afraid of catching COVID-19 has become a very partisan issue.
Texas Democrats have been pushing for vote-by-mail to be available to all Texans during the pandemic. On Friday, the Texas Supreme County put a temporary hold on that expansion.
