AUSTIN, Texas - After a First Amendment lawsuit was filed against the Texas attorney general, civil rights attorneys say Ken Paxton has unblocked nine accounts on Twitter.

The lawsuit was filed by the Knight First Amendment Institute and the ACLU of Texas.
