Texas House Speaker Dennis Bonnen joined FOX 7 Austin to talk about reopening the Texas economy and other COVID-19 topics.

AUSTIN, Texas - Gov. Abbott is expected to announce some changes Monday when it comes to opening up Texas businesses.

Currently there are more than 21,000 cases of COVID-19 in the state and more than 540 people have died from it.
