AUSTIN, Texas - Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple because of his religious beliefs.
The high court ruled the baker did not violate Colorado’s anti-discrimination law that prohibits businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.
FOX 7 Austin’s Mike Warren and Rebecca Thomas talked to Chuck Smith, CEO of Equality Texas about the case.
