HOUSTON (FOX 26) - We already know Garth Brooks will open the 2018 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ season on Tuesday, Feb. 27 and closing the annual event on Sunday, March 18, but who else will be performing on the brand-new star-shaped stage from Feb. 28 until March 17?

Cody Johnson Band will be performing for the second consecutive year in the annual scholarship event. Johnson, a native of Huntsville, Texas, says he's excited for this year's show.
"I'm feeling really confident this year just being because it's my second time and it feels a little bit more like we have been here before, so I'm pretty excited," says Johnson.
