Barricaded subject in Georgetown taken into custody
GEORGETOWN, Texas - The Georgetown Police Department says it has taken a barricaded subject into custody without incident in northwest Georgetown.
Officers responded to the barricaded subject in the 200 block of Axis Loop near Williams Drive at just before 11 a.m.
At around 1:30 p.m., officials reported that the situation ended.
Officials say the incident involves mental health issues, so no other details are being released.
