H-E-B to provide meals and supplies to residents in San Marcos and Wimberley
SAN MARCOS, Texas - Residents impacted by floods in San Marcos and Wimberley will get some relief from H-E-B.
The company announced Sunday night it will provide more than 3,000 disaster relief kits to residents returning to their homes this week. Each household will receive an H-E-B reusable bag filled with trash bags, paper towels, bleach, all-purpose spray cleaner, gloves, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
H-E-B has also activated the H-E-B Mobile Kitchen to San Marcos and will serve as the host site for H-E-B staff to prepare the much needed hot meals and distribute water to victims of the floods and first responders.
