"Look, April 11 last year, bad headache, asked my boy for an Advil. [Snaps fingers] I was gone for 20 days. I don’t remember anything," Foxx said in the video.
In a video filmed by Dr. Brenda Combs and shared with the social news platform Storyful, Foxx shared that while he was in Atlanta, his sister and daughter took him to several doctors, with the first giving him a cortisone shot.

The "Collateral" star added that another doctor told him "something was going on up there," motioning to his head. Still, Foxx didn’t disclose anything else from his conversation with the doctor.
