5 Texas cities sued by AG over marijuana enforcement policies
AUSTIN, Texas - Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing five Texas cities, including Austin, over their marijuana enforcement policies.
Paxton is suing Austin, San Marcos, Killeen, Elgin and Denton for adopting amnesty and non-prosecution policies that violate Texas laws concerning marijuana possession and distribution.
Paxton says these cities "violate Texas laws concerning marijuana possession and distribution."
