Man arrested after stealing vehicle with child inside

A man has been arrested after he stole a vehicle with a child inside it.
The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says Gonzalez was inside a vehicle that was stolen from a location in San Antonio on November 13th.
An Amber Alert was issued by the San Antonio Police Department for three-year-old Josue Gonazlez.
A person received the Amber Alert and found the vehicle in the east bound rest area on IH-10 just west of Flatonia and called authorities.
A Flatonia police officer and a Fayette County deputy arrived and found a man and the child inside the vehicle.
The man, identified as 31-year-old Victor Miguel Torres, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
A warrant was issued from San Antonio for kidnapping and Torres has not had a bond set.
Officials say Gonzalez was not harmed and is back with his family.
