The Marble Falls Police Department has arrested Timothy Clark Cooper. Officers found him hallucinating and holding a gun in his home Wednesday.

On May 25, 2016 at approximately 2:39 p.m., the Marble Falls Police Department received a call of a man with a gun in the 1100 block of Mulberry Drive. Officers responded and made contact with the caller who told them his neighbor was claiming there were people in his house.  When he went to his neighbor’s aid, he found no one in the home but the neighbor who was hallucinating and holding a gun.

A negotiator was eventually able to talk the man into coming out of the house and surrendering the weapon.

Timothy Clark Cooper was taken into custody by officers at approximately 6:04 p.m.  He will be booked into the Burnet County jail on charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Brandishing of a Firearm and Possession of Marijuana after he is medically evaluated.  The Brandishing of a Firearm and Possession of Marijuana charges stem from warrants issued after a previous incident.
