Members of UT football team join demonstrations against racial injustice
AUSTIN, Texas - Members of the University of Texas football team joined in on the demonstrations against racial injustice and marched from the 40 Acres to the State Capitol.
The players, coaches, and staff were joined by members of the Austin Police Department for the march on Thursday, June 4.

Those with the UT team say they felt compelled to show that they are also affected by what's happening in the city and the country right now.
The march ended with a kneel to pay tribute to George Floyd which lasted about nine minutes.
