Memorial for 19-year-old Devon Sanders in Manor

Family and friends are saying goodbye to 19-year-old Devon Sanders who was the victim of a hit and run in Manor. A memorial is being held at Manor New Tech High School where Sanders graduated in June.

The service will be in the school cafeteria from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Manor police are still on the lookout for the driver of a two or four door black Cadillac with damage to the front right passenger door and window. Investigators say it is a homicide investigation.
