LAKEWAY, Texas - An MS-13 gang member wanted for murder in El Salvador was arrested in Lakeway, police said.
Lakeway police said on Jan. 7, officers saw a 2007 Toyota Tundra with defective brake lamps in the 2800 block of RR 620 South. Officers then conducted a traffic stop.
During the traffic stop, officers identified the driver as Luis Manuel Hernandez Bonilla.
Hernandez Bonilla was a reported MS-13 gang member and was wanted by El Salvadorian authorities for murder.
He was taken into custody without incident.
