One dead in 'gunshot wound incident' in North Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - ATCEMS and police have responded to two gunshot wound victims in North Austin. 

The incident occurred near North Lamar Blvd and Justin Lane. 

One of the victims has died while the other is being transported to the hospital with serious to life-threatening injuries. According to police, the victim is in stable condition.  

Officials are advising the public to avoid the area if possible.
