An off duty lieutenant with Lake Travis Fire Rescue was golfing when he heard screams and ran over to see what was going on. "I treated it like it was any other critical condition incident. I parked my car like I was on duty, told everyone to get back after I saw the fuel lines going off pretty hard." said Chris Wood with the Lake Travis Fire Rescue (off duty).
First responders are expected to be in the area for a while.
Drivers should seek alternate routes and avoid the area, if possible.
