Pedestrian struck, killed on Picadilly Drive in Pflugerville

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas - A 42-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in Pflugerville Sunday night.

According to the Pflugerville Police Department, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 2100 block of Picadilly Drive around 10:17 p.m. on Sunday, January 26. First responders attempted lifesaving efforts when they arrived at the scene. The pedestrian was transported to Round Rock Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased a short time later. 

Police have identified the pedestrian as Cynthia Portillo Cisneros.

The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

This is Pflugerville’s first traffic fatality of 2020.
