Road reopens after police incident that shut down part of I-35 in North Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - A police incident in North Austin caused major traffic delays during the morning commute.

The police incident was on northbound I-35 at Highway 290.

All northbound lanes of I-35 were closed except the far left lane, but the road has since reopened.
