Police on lookout for man accused of filming up woman's skirt
The New Braunfels Police Department is on the lookout for a man accused of using a cell phone to film up a woman's skirt in the parking lot at the New Braunfels Public Library on November 10.
The library is located in the 700 block of East Common Street. Police say the incident happened at about 5:30 p.m.
The victim, a 33-year-old woman, told police that she was in the library parking lot and was placing her child in a car seat when the man attempted to film up her skirt.
The suspect was caught on the library's surveillance cameras and is described as follows:
- Hispanic male
- Mid 30's
- About 5'10"
- Approximately 230 pounds
- Shaved Head
- Last seen wearing gray plaid button up shirt, baggy jeans, white shoes
- Was also carrying a red box of cigarettes
- Appears to have tattoos on his left forearm
- Using a black, larger style cell phone
Police say the man left on foot and may possibly live in the surrounding area.
