Road rage incident in Hutto leads to shooting

Hutto police say two people are in custody after a road rage incident led to a shooting. It happened around 7 a.m. this morning (8/18) off Ed Schmidt Boulevard.

Authorities say two drivers pulled over on a private drive and got into a fight. 

At one point, one of the drivers pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds.

One of the bullets hit a man in the leg. He was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay.

The driver who fired the shots is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
