KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. (WTXF) -- A Secret Santa made the holiday season a little brighter for hundreds of shoppers near Philadelphia after paying off nearly $30,000 worth of layaways at a Walmart.
Someone walked into the Kennett Square store and paid off every single item on layaway, Walmart tells FOX 29.
Though many would like to thank the donor, Walmart says the Secret Santa would like to remain anonymous.
A similar tale took place in Millville, New Jersey this time last year when a Secret Santa picked up a more than $40,000 tab at a Cumberland County Walmart.
